Create a mood board for your wedding with these easy tools

The funnest part of working with a new wedding stationery couple is getting all their inspiration, ideas and color themes. I use this information to start designing the perfect stationery. This is also how I get to know the couple and understand what they value, their personalities, their vibe and what really matters to them when it comes to the wedding and to them as a couple.
One way to organize all this inspiration into a cohesive package is to use a mood board. Mood boards don’t have a specific layout and don’t have to be overly complicated or detailed. The goal of your mood board is to be a snapshot of the important elements of the overall aesthetic of the wedding event such as decor, color palette, flowers or greenery, setting or venue. This will become an important element when you start reaching out to vendors such as your florist or stationery designer. They will use your mood board to help guide their design process.
